FROM THE PULPIT TO THE PUB

Recorded for the occasion of our 25th anniversary, this album includes music from the British Isles and the United States, along with a couple of original tunes. Some were recorded live in 2007; most were recorded at Soundesign in Brattleboro, VT between 2009 and 2011. Tony Barrand sings with us on "Wicked Path of Sin" and "Gordon." SONGS FOR REST AND PLAY

"Songs for Rest and Play" was originally released on cassette back in 2000 and has been re-released on CD in celebration of the Three of Cups' 25th anniversary. The songs, which are primarily in the public domain, are performed either a capella or with fiddle or guitar accompaniment. There are also two stories included. This recording is most suitable for children ages 3-8, and is set up so they can listen to just the upbeat tunes in the first half, or just the slower, calmer songs in the second half.
